People use entrepreneurship skills to build companies. These skills are also used to solve problems and strengthen existing organizations. Companies, governments, large and small organizations can benefit from people who communicate effectively, can easily interact with other teams, groups or disciplines and work together to achieve goals.
However, currently there are many institutions and companies offering training course or degrees in a fragmented and haphazard way. To maximize impact, people's development should not be dependent on luck.
How can we retain freedom and flexibility while ensuring a contiguous and complementary offering? An offering which helps people find the best match for their needs and path for their development.
