B Corporations lead a growing global movement of people using business as a force for good. They believe that businesses can use entrepreneurship to solve social and environmental problems. In doing so, measuring the impact made is essential to ensure progress.

The B Impact Assessment (BIA) is a free, confidential, online tool that has been used by over 80,000 companies worldwide to measure and manage their impact. The BIA measures performance across five Impact Areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Customers and Environment, and is the standard used by Certified B Corporations.

The BIA walks your business through a series of questions to help you learn what it takes to build a better business - and also provides feedback to your business on how it compares to other businesses, and tools and best practices to improve your impact over time.

In this workshop, we will explore the purpose of your company and identify how it relates to performance.
