Since June 2018 I work for KIT IP. Prior to that I operated my own international consultancy and spent a lot of time in Asia and The USA. I have also delivered many programmes in Europe. Most of my projects were in a technical/industrial environment.
For over 100 years KIT Intercultural Professionals trains professionals from all over the world in intercultural effectiveness. The frequency at which we develop and deliver programs guarantees that we keep ahead of trends and offer actual cases and up to date information and exercises.
Our programs help professionals to be intercultural agile and able to deal with challenges in situations where more than one set of norms and/or frames of reference apply.
