Every day, we in the free world have access to technology - some of us are even overwhelmed by it.
But to the 4 million people living under some form of authoritarianism, this isn't the case. From North Korea, China, Venezuela, Uganda, to Eritrea, technology, and especially information technology, are off-limits under severe penalties. Human rights activists all over the world face obstacles in trying to help people in those countries.
How can we, as citizens in democracies, help activists and their community?
